Meet Raza

I am the son of immigrants who have lived in the Bryan-College Station region for over 30 years. I attended school in the College Station Independent School District and am currently a senior at Texas A&M University. As the son of an Aggie and small business owner, my siblings and I have always been taught to value God, family, and our community above all.

It is often said to “be the change you wish to see in the world,” and as one of the youngest members to run for state, I aim to do just that. In a district where 36% of the population falls within the 18 to 24 age group, it is my hope to inspire the youth in my community, and around the state, to dream big and know that change is possible if you simply make the effort to get involved.

I am running to represent House District 14 because I deeply care about my community, and the people who make it so great. I aim to listen to every concern and serve to the best of my ability so that I can be a force of positive change. It is my goal to dedicate my time and energy into working relentlessly to fight for legislation that benefits our community and leaves no one behind in the great state of Texas.
